tnl cannot choose one project service when several are configured.

## what happened

- `tnl dev` or `tnl publish` was run without a service name in a multi-service project

## if you run tnl

- choose one of the sorted service names printed by tnl
- run `tnl dev <service>` or `tnl publish <service>`
